The Creative Children's Center strongly believes our responsibility is to give back to the community. Therefore, the following non-profits are supported by our company, staff, families, and students.

Donation Boxes

Operation Christmas Child

It is important for us to understand the needs of children outside of our community. Through our participation with Operation Christmas Child, we submit shoeboxes filled with monetary donations, clothes, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and children toys. The boxes are sent overseas to help children who do not have these necessities. We encourage parents to support this program each year.

Creative Children's Center partnered with Mount Zion Methodist Church in the first "Get a Bucket, Fill a Bucket" donation to help those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria in 2017. The Center collected nine buckets full of supplies. We want to thank all of our parents and staff members who donated for this wonderful cause!

The Creative Children's Center joined the National American Red Cross to support the recovery efforts of Hurricane Sandy. Our Community Outreach Director has recently been recruited as the local coordinator for the American Red Cross for the Myersville Community Blood Drives.

The Myersville Community Blood Drive was held on Tuesday, February 19th 2013 at the Myersville Volunteer Fire Company from 2-8 P.M. Nineteen donors supported our blood drive for Frederick Memorial Hospital.

The Lillard Family Donation Center

The Creative Children's Center sponsored a Donation Drive for the Lillard Family. This local family was devastated by a house fire that destroyed all of their belongings and resulted in two casualties. Our campaign for the family accepted and donated over $20,000 worth of supplies, gift cards, and other monetary donations. Specific items collected included clothes, toiletries, baby furniture, and much more. We ensured that all donations were given directly to the Lillard Family Fund. To find out more about supporting the family, please visit Sophie and Madigan's Playground.

Myersville Senior Citizens

Every holiday season, CCC sponsors a Christmas Luncheon for all the senior citizens of Myersville. This luncheon was provided by Lohr's Family Restaurant. Entertainment and a special gift from Santa are provided for each member. It gives the Creative Children's Center much pleasure to give back to our respected seniors of the Myersville community.

Joplin Missouri Relief

On May 22, 2010, the city of Joplin was devastated by an F5 tornado. In August of 2010, the Creative Children's Center sponsored a staff member and community resident to travel to Joplin and help with the relief efforts for one week. The community raised $2,000 for the relief effort and collected supplies that filled a 20-foot box truck in only four days! We were able to collect cleaning supplies, clothes, toys, and personal items for men, women, and children.

Myersville Volunteer Fire Company, Station 8

The Creative Children's Center takes pride in supporting the Annual Wayne Hinkle Memorial Golf Tournament! The tournament consists of local families and friends who come together to enjoy a game of golf while raising money for the Myersville Volunteer Fire Company. We enjoy sponsoring our local fire department and firefighters. We look forward to supporting this non-profit organization.

We thank our parents, families and friends who supported these efforts!
